No Show / Late Cancellation Policy

We, Skin and Beauty Esthetics, understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call/text us as soon as possible (with at least a 24-hour notice). You can cancel appointments by going on the app or calling/texting405.837.0563

To ensure that each guest is given the proper amount of time allotted for their visit and to provide the highest quality of care, it is very important for each scheduled guest to attend their visit on time. As a courtesy, an appointment reminder text/email is sent out 24hrs AND 1hr prior to your scheduled appointment.

However, it is the responsibility of the guest to arrive for their appointment on time.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICY:

   •    If you are not present to the office for your appointment, this will be documented as a "No-Show" appointment and a $50 fee will be due.

   •    Arriving 15 minutes or later than your scheduled appointment is considered a "No-Show". If SBE can still work you in, you will still be required to pay the original appointment amount, but may have a shorten service time.

   •    If you have 3 "No-Show/Missed" appointments within a one-year time, a dismissal from Skin and Beauty Esthetics will be considered.

   •    Canceling your appointment after the 24hr notice or DAY OF will result in a fee.

50% of total services + 3.3% invoice charge. 

I have read and understand Skin and Beauty Esthetics’ No Show/Missed Appointment Policy and understand my responsibility to plan appointments accordingly and notify SBE appropriately if I have difficulty keeping my scheduled appointments.
